The First International Saltexpo was successfully held in Naples, Italy during May 3-6,2007. The big event in global salt world drew 118 exhibitors from 7 countries including Italy, China, Japan, South Korea, France, India and Slovenia.

A delegation of thirteen people from Chinese salt industry attended Saltexpo and three stands were rented to display Chinese salt products.
